The UT Blazers raised funds this past fall as part of their New Guy Project to build new vegetable gardens with a watering systems at EMECHS as part of the Keep Eastside and International Beautiful (KEIB) programming. This past Saturday, December 8th, the Blazers came in and got this work started. This garden will be used as an outdoor learning space as well. It will be open to students, staff, and the community. Visit us this spring as we plant and this summer and fall as we harvest.
